RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

We hope you love your Après Angels purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging
Free from marks, damage, perfume or washing

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
Personalised or customised products
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
